What’s the fit of your tees like?
We use standardised t-shirt sizes and would suggest going a size up if you’re looking for a baggy fit. Although sometimes we're fans of a skinny fit, especially for the Boxing Tee!
Are your designs unisex?
Yes. All our tees are unisex and can been worn by anybody.
What material are your t-shirts made from?
We try to use 100% cotton t-shirts whenever possible, with an aim to produce tees that last and keep their shape through many washes. We only use a cotton blend for specific colours of tees, but this will always be specified on the product page.
Are your designs safe to wash?
Yes, all designs are safe to machine wash, but we recommend using a cold wash (around 30°C/86°F or lower) on a gentle cycle, turned inside out and with mild detergent. This helps limit fading and cracking.
What's your return policy?
We're sorry you want to return our product :( We have a 14-day return policy. Item must be returned in the same condtion it was shipped in, within original packaging. To start the process of a return please email admin@maidenclothing.co.uk and for more information please see the T&Cs
When will my package arrive?
All orders can be tracked using the Shop app (downloaded from the app store). Tracking numbers will be added once your package has been shipped. Generally allow for ~7 days for your package to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Although the shipping rates can get quite expensive. However, we offer free shipping for orders over £100 if you're in the EU and orders over £150 for the rest of the world. Add something else to that basket ;)
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a wide range of payment methods including Amex, PayPal, Mastercard and Visa. If your method of payment isn't accepted, please don't hesitate to email admin@maidenclothing.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet you might be able to change or cancel it. Please get in touch with us ASAP at admin@maidenclothing.co.uk although there is no guarantee that a change/cancellation is possible.
